TMP Version 4.3.9 Now Available!

WatchCaptain is pleased to announce the availability of Version 4.3.9 of The Marina Program. This release introduces the ability to mail merge and email guest reservation forms form the POS/Guest Reservations Window.

Please see the Updates section of the portal for the Upgrade and Release Notes and to submit a request for the update.

If you are currently running an earlier version than 4.3.8.1, please submit a request to schedule your upgrade at your earliest convenience.

TMP Version 4.3.8.3

Version 4.3.8.3 of The Marina Program introduced the ability to add a boat pictures to tenant records and enhancements and fixes to the following areas: Auto Pay, Statement Emailing, Canadian Tax, Card Keys, Mobile Dock Check, Mobile Meter Reading, Point of Sale / Guest Reservations, Inventory, Reports, Statements, and GL Export. Online User Group

At the TMP Annual User Conference, several attendees expressed interest in forming a Marina Program User Group to share tips, ideas and contact information. To help facilitate this, we have created a group on Linkedin. To join the group: Visit Linkedin at www.linkedin.com/home . From here you can create a new LinkedIn account or sign in to your existing account.  Then visit The Marina Program by Nautical Software Solution User's Group  or under your account, go to "groups" and search for "The Marina Program".  You'll submitt a request to join which will be answered in one to seven days.

eComm Report from Fellow TMP Users

Recently some of our Marina Program customers who use eComm for electronic processing of customer payments reported issues related to charges to their customers' accounts and/or difficulty in reaching eComm. If you use eComm, we suggest that you review charges to your customers' accounts. Likewise, it may be good practice to consult with eComm prior to running your next batch of charges. New VISTA Knowledgebase article added to Knowledgebase!

Running Pervasive in Windows VISTA, yes TMP and Pervasive will run on machines running Vista BUT you need to configure Pervasive.

TMP Manual PDF now Searchable!

The TMP Manual located under the Documentation tab has been updated to a searchable format.

TMP v4.38 is now on the Updates Tab

This version includes the ability to email statements to your customers. Please review the document entitled "Emailing Statements v4.38" located on the Documentation tab, PRIOR to installing the update!

Meter Reading Utility User Guide for the Ranger Added!

The Meter Reading utility User Guide for the TDS Ranger device is now located on the Documentation tab!
